Use your intellectual mind to balance out the two sides above and see which side wins.
Think of the pleasure you derive from smoking and how long that lasts, Maybe you enjoy five of the cigarettes you smoke, at 4 minutes per cigarette that is 20 minutes a day of pleasure you are getting for all the problems you are receiving from smoking.
Think of ways to combat the reasons to continue smoking. And break the habit. Put your cigarettes in a desk drawer and not in sight. When you want a cigarette wait two and a half minutes; that is how long the desire to smoke lasts. If you can wait two and a half minutes each time you want to smoke, you have won the battle.
